We started as a two-person desk in Ahmedabad answering the same question every winter: which tent, which dates, and what does it really cost. So we built a site that answers it before you pick up the phone — published tariffs, peak-date surcharges, transfer timings and meal hours, all on the page.
Every booking is confirmed against live tent allotment, paid on an encrypted checkout, and followed by a voucher you can show at the gate. During the season we keep a coordinator at Dhordo, so a delayed train is a phone call, not a lost night.
