Cancellation policy
- 90% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- 60% refund if cancelled 15 days or more, but less than 30 days, prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- In case of any change in check-in date, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of a primary guest name change, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If an existing room category is downgraded, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST shall be charged as applicable.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
